Introducing My New Willow Glen Listing | 2881 Meridian Avenue #108 in San Jose

The first time I entered the main lobby of this community, I was blown away by the grand entrance, and felt as if I was on vacation at a 5-star resort! Once inside of the residence, I was further impressed by the high ceilings, wide open floor plan, and an immensely spacious master suite. Whether I was there working in the morning, afternoon, evenings on weekdays or weekends, it was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful.

Having been built just nine years ago, cooling and heating are highly efficient, windows and doors are airtight, and the walls and ceilings are noticeably well-insulated. If you’re looking for a home that requires little to no effort to maintain and completely move-in-ready, look no further. This is where you want to be.

Situated in the southern part of Willow Glen, this development is surrounded by million dollar homes and is noted for its family-oriented and charming downtown area. The availability of this home presents an opportunity to live in Willow Glen without that million dollar price tag. (Yes, please!)↓

Like any planned urban development, a homeowner’s association exists to keep the common areas meticulously clean and maintained to preserve its overall value. Furthermore, residents at Willow Glen Place enjoy a pool and jacuzzi (open until 11pm!), a clubhouse for parties and guests, an all inclusive gym, a courtyard with a zen-like garden, and an impressive outdoor fireplace to entertain your guests.

Selling My First Car

It’s bittersweet having to let go of the first car I purchased with the money I made from my first job out of college. Many memories of amazing road trips and long solitary drives to Southern California and back have been made in this incredibly reliable car of mine. It was the most high tech car that I could afford at the time, and I was proud of it! We made a video of my car for fun, and it makes my Prius seem pretty cool. Check it out below!

This makes me extremely excited to market the next home that I’m going to sell. It’s going to be awesome! If you’re curious about what I’m selling it for, here’s a link to the craigslist post.

For memories’ sake, here’s a photo of us at Yellowstone National Park and on the right, the East Sierra’s:

Hope you enjoyed the video!

Where to see Christmas Lights In Willow Glen

IMG_2876Before everyone goes MIA for the holidays, I’d like to share with you my favorite place to see Christmas lights. I love it not only for its convenient location from my home but also for its representation of how a community can come together and create such a beautiful winter wonderland (minus the snow, of course). If you have the time and energy, take a stroll through the neighborhood. There, you will walk under arches of lights, see giant snowflakes overhead and candy cane-shaped lights lining the streets. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.Screen Shot 2015-12-17 at 3.05.21 PMHappy holidays, everyone!!
